Job summary

True North is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Wisconsin location to oversee daily store operations and lead a team. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, provide direction and feedback, and ensure a fast, friendly guest experience through effective staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or cashier roles.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Provide active floor leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash controls.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform food service tasks per food safety requirements where applicable.
• Act as manager-on-duty during assigned shifts and coach team members.
