FedEx Office is seeking a Store Manager I or II in Florida to lead day-to-day operations at a lower complexity store. You will gain hands-on supervisory experience, learn to drive sales, and model Purple Promise service while delivering operational excellence.

This role includes owning business outcomes and developing a strong team to meet goals. You will coach staff, manage customer experiences, and ensure compliance with SOPs, financials, safety, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or some college preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience (retail, service, hospitality, military) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
