Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or leadership role in retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail operations and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members.
• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have tools and information needed to support goals.
• Work with supervisor to create solutions for customers, host partnerships and sales.
• Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages customers and supports the FedEx brand.
• Use store tools to train, develop, retain and performance manage direct reports.
• Interact with supervisor for guidance and direction to run the business.
• Execute store activities to meet financial and customer targets.
• Complete daily duties including accounts receivable, inventory and bank deposits.
• Own store controls, SOPs, financials, safety, scheduling and compliance.
• Utilize Quality Improvement tools to drive innovation and cost efficiencies.
• Be flexible with schedule based on business needs and store hours.
• All other duties as needed.
