Job summary

Spectrum Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will lead by example, coach a high-performing team, and ensure every customer leaves with the right products and exceptional service.

You will manage daily store operations, drive sales, monitor inventory, and enforce company policies while fostering a welcoming environment and delivering Spectrum’s brand experience across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Sales/Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and retention by coaching employees to build relationships and resolve escalations.
• Develop your team by recruiting, training and mentoring in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure operational excellence through staffing, scheduling and policy compliance.
• Create an exceptional customer experience with a welcoming and organized store.
• Oversee inventory control and audits to minimize losses and keep the store running smoothly.
