Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Store Leadership role in the United States to guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious goals while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will partner with management to ensure a pristine store environment and consistent brand standards.

You will onboard, train and retain top talent, develop schedules, coach performance, and drive change initiatives to improve sales and customer experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3+ years of management in sales or customer service retail environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to exceed goals while maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Retain customers by building relationships and addressing objections with effective solutions.
• Ensure store aligns with Spectrum brand and delivers outstanding customer care.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and product knowledge with management.
• Oversee store operations including pricing, promotions, inventory and staffing.
