Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be onsite in Georgia. You will oversee daily store operations, train and develop a team, and ensure a consistently superior guest experience while achieving sales goals.

You’ll foster a guests-first culture, model high energy and friendliness, create organized processes, align the team with company objectives, and monitor performance, expenses, and scheduling to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Must have a driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
