Job summary

Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be onsite in Georgia, overseeing daily store operations, training and developing a team, and delivering a superior guest experience while achieving sales goals.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will foster a guest-centric culture, model high energy and professionalism, and drive execution through organized processes, clear expectations, and effective scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and develop a team focused on delivering a superior guest experience.
• Foster a culture centered on guest needs and expectations.
• Serve as a role model with high energy and a friendly attitude toward team members and guests.
