Majors Management in Madison, OH is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, train and develop a high-performing team, and deliver superior guest experiences while hitting sales goals.

You will lead scheduling, coaching, and merchandising, foster a guest-first culture, and ensure processes run smoothly. Must be reliable, with a valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications
