Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC is seeking an Assistant General/Store Manager for Auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon brands in the San Diego area. This role supports the Store Manager to hit sales, labor, and food cost targets while ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety.

You will supervise staff, recruit and train, schedule bi-weekly, maintain inventory, handle cash deposits, and ensure compliance with company policies and local health regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1-year experience as Shift Manager/Leader.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Supervise staff, scheduling, and staffing decisions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and safety.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting.
