The position requires ServSafe certification within 90 days, 5+ years in retail/hospitality leadership, and strong data-driven decision making. A hands-on leader who emphasizes hospitality and operational excellence is ideal.

Qualifications

• ServSafe or approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience; multi-department or full-store leadership preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
