Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, and lead a team of Associates.

You will manage stock, front-end and sales floor activities, recruit and train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and schedules.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company best practices and maximize productivity with minimal steps and touches.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and staff.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor operations to timely merchandise flow.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures and loss prevention programs.
• Deliver high-standard customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory processes and ensure accurate counts and reporting.
