Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, lead, and develop associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with growth opportunities into further management roles and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
