Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to support your professional growth within our Panda family.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store team and drive performance through training and mentorship as part of Panda’s leadership program.
• Support from the Panda community to develop professionally and personally.
