Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Co-Manager to work with the Store Manager to run the daily operations, maximize sales and profitability, and model the company’s core values. You will lead a team of Associates to execute strategies, ensure the store is well stocked and merchandised, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You must possess broad knowledge of Home Depot business, set goals, motivate others, and collaborate with Department Supervisors and ASMs to hit objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum years of work experience: 5.
• Flexibility to work a 55-hour week.
• Demonstrates integrity, communication, customer service, safety, and results.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage all aspects of store operation and profitability.
• Excel in customer service and forecast scheduling needs to meet demand.
• Supervise associates: recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop.
• Merchandise and maintain displays; partner with store leadership.
• Develop store standards, mission, strategy, and monitor benchmarks.
• Ensure safety, security, deposits, and adherence to SOPs.
