Job summary

• Communicate strategy with the District Manager and drive alignment through Playbooks and Priority Communications.
• Analyze sales and financial reporting to identify opportunities and guide store team to improve performance.
• Conduct store walks with ASMs and Department Supervisors to assess opportunities and plan improvements.
• Lead weekly staff meetings to set goals and drive associate engagement.
• Coach and train store management and associates on operations, merchandising, safety and profitability.
• Support implementation of pilot programs and initiatives to improve in-stock levels and turns.
