RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store with up to 45 employees. You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and team development while maintaining food safety and brand standards. High-energy leadership and a track record of achieving targets are essential.

You will recruit, train, coach, and manage a motivated team, analyze sales and labor reports, and implement strategies to optimize operations and guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities
