Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) seeks a department manager to lead the grocery department, drive sales, and uphold product quality and safety standards. You will recruit and develop staff, schedule work, and ensure displays meet company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with two+ years of related experience.
• Must be 18+ years old; some locations require 21+ for driving.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification where applicable.

• Plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; address complaints.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
