RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy store team of up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, oversee scheduling and payroll, monitor inventories and expenses, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards while building a culture that values guests and team members alike. This role offers growth within a respected hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail or restaurant management (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
