Job summary

Vineyard Vines in Washington, DC is seeking a Store Manager for our Georgetown location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a high-energy team. You’ll own merchandising, guest experience, and revenue growth while upholding the brand’s fun, customer-centric culture.

The role requires 3+ years of retail supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and the ability to manage schedules, HR tasks, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail supervisor experience in a similar volume.
• Microsoft Office, Google Suite and virtual video platforms proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Inventory management and merchandising abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire teams to drive profitable sales and performance.
