Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, driving growth and profitable operations while preserving 7 Brew’s culture and values. You will lead the crew, train, and manage admin duties across all dayparts, reporting to the Store Manager.

This role is a pipeline to become a Store Manager within 6–12 months, with responsibilities including scheduling, coaching, and cross-location support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced coffee shop environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew members to maintain 7 Brew culture and service standards.
• Create weekly shift schedules with focus on labor cost and wait times.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and safe cash handling across all shifts.
