You will lead assignments across operations, merchandising, human resources, and safety, ensuring schedules, budgets, and compliance align with strategic goals. The role emphasizes teamwork and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Prompt and courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Store open and ready for business during all hours
• Handle customer conflicts with MAKE IT RIGHT method
• General Management: schedule associates per labor planner program; communicate with store staff and corporate office; ensure compliance with laws
• Accounting: maintenance of inventory and cash loss within guidelines; perform inventories and cash audits
• Human Resources: ensure breaks; train associates; record hours; prevent harassment; adhere to Responsible Retailing policy
• Security: cash handling procedures; monitor surveillance; protect assets; vendor check-in procedures
• Merchandising: post promotional signs; use current plan-o-grams; manage stock via DSD vendors; monitor inventory
• Maintenance: keep floors clean; report problems; ensure equipment functioning
• Safety: proper ladder use; lifting procedures; wet floor signs; report accidents and injuries; comply with EPA procedures
