Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service per standards
• Adhere to shift hours and help fill shifts
• Cover store manager days off and peak evening shifts
• Communicate effectively with staff and management
• Follow all laws and maintain proper uniform and service
• Complete shift change reports and proper time recording
• Record sales, over rings, refunds, and deposits as directed
• Treat associates with dignity and escalate personnel issues when needed
• Maintain store security procedures and safe environment
• Keep shelves stocked, price items correctly, and maintain displays
• Maintain store appearance: floors, windows, restrooms, parking lot
• Promote and assist customers with the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app
• Support maintenance needs and sanitation procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations
