Responsibilities

• General Management: Greet customers promptly; follow Best In Class standards; manage shift hours; cover store manager's days off and peak hours; communicate with staff; enforce laws and store policies.
• Bookkeeping: Record hours, process sales, handle over/shorts, complete daily deposits.
• Human Resources: Treat staff with dignity; report policy violations affecting store performance.
• Security: Ensure shift procedures are followed; maintain a safe shopping/work environment; secure cash and merchandise; enforce vendor check-in procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep displays stocked and fronted; maintain equipment; price with policy guidance.
• Maintenance: Ensure store appearance, cleanliness, and facilities maintenance; report issues to Store Manager.
• Safety: Follow lifting procedures; use ladders properly; post wet floor signs; report accidents.
• Huck’s Bucks Loyalty App: Promote app benefits; assist customers with signup and usage; monitor for misuse.
