Huck’s Food and Fuel in Paducah, KY is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee shift operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and assist the Store Manager in daily running and training. The role covers general management, bookkeeping, HR, security, merchandising, maintenance, and safety to uphold Huck’s high standards.

Promotion opportunities exist as openings arise, with a focus on leadership, store atmosphere, and achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Must ensure prompt, courteous service and adhere to Huck’s standards.
• Ability to greet customers using the intercom for service and adhere to Best In Class standards.
• Maintain shift coverage and communicate effectively with team and management.
• Promote a positive store culture through leadership and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and uphold Best In Class standards.
• Monitor store hours and help fill shifts, including peak hours.
• Assist the Store Manager and be ready for promotion when openings arise.
• Ensure all associates wear proper uniform and provide excellent service.
• Record hours, process sales, and handle deposits as directed by the Store Manager.
• Promote and explain Huck’s Bucks Loyalty App to customers.
