Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Locust Grove store is seeking a Store Leadership Team member. You will oversee daily associate tasks and coach staff to ensure smooth store operations at the Locust Grove location in Georgia.

Two to five years of relevant experience, proficiency with POS systems and in-store tech, and strong communication with customers and colleagues are essential. Flexible retail scheduling and a focus on customer satisfaction are expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in the position or equivalent.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, coaching, and training to associates to ensure efficient store operations.
• Supervise assigned department, ensuring profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards and resolve problems while upholding quality.
