Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure successful store performance through leadership and mentorship.
• Lead a store leadership training program to prepare for success.
