You will develop and mentor staff, drive financial performance, ensure compliance and asset protection, lead continuous improvement, and champion community outreach and a culture of integrity and belonging across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees.
• Or 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees.
• Experience in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Directs the management team and hourly associates in facility operations and merchandising.
• Drives sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Assures compliance with company policies and maintains asset protection and safety controls.
