You will open and close the store, manage inventory and cash controls, ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, and coach a team to deliver excellent shopping experiences while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, and procedures manuals.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws and policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel staff as needed.
• Open/close the store regularly and manage cash control and safety.
• Order, stock, and present merchandise; monitor in-stock targets and inventory.
• Lead customer service, ensure clean, safe, and well-organized store conditions.
