Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees per laws and company policies; ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training; conducts evaluations; identifies gaps for coaching or termination.
• Makes recommendations on pay rates and advancement.
• Communicates performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinates safety-focused meetings.
• Ensures the store is staffed and opened/closed regularly; opens/closes at least twice weekly.
• Evaluates operating statements for trends, profitability, shrink, and errors.
• Manages ordering to meet in-stock targets; reviews weekly plans and cycle counts.
• Facilitates staging, stocking and storage following company processes.
• Maintains merchandise presentation with proper pricing and signage.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by handling damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Maintains cash handling integrity and cash control.
• Provides strong customer service leadership.
• Keeps store clean, safe, and properly equipped.
• Follows SOPs and policy; ensures staff compliance.
• Completes paperwork and documentation by deadlines.
