You will lead all store operations, coach the leadership team, manage merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and payroll within budget to achieve sales targets while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and training skills, with the ability to develop Associates at all levels and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Staff, train and develop leadership to deliver sales and profit results.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor activities for timely merchandise flow.
• Schedule Associates and manage payroll and expenses within budget.
• Enforce safety policies and proper store hygiene.
• Coach and supervise Retail Associates at registers, service desks and fitting rooms.
