Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience as Assistant/Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to mentor others.
• Knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by managing sales, expenses and operations including merchandising and scheduling.
• Recruit and develop Associates; mentor and foster a supportive environment.
