Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentorship.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with focus on shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; provide training and mentorship to create a positive experience for both staff and customers.
• Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and efficiency programs.
