The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Sierra Store in Sparks, NV. You will drive sales, lead a diverse team, and ensure a welcoming customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor Associates, manage merchandising and store operations, and contribute to loss prevention and safety initiatives while delivering exceptional results and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates through comprehensive training and ongoing development.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; support succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention programs.
