Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years leadership experience.
• At least 2 years merchandising/operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and partner with the District Manager to drive alignment and execute strategy.
• Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and guide the store team.
• Conduct store walks with leaders to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and motivate associates to deliver results.
• Coach store leadership on operations, merchandising and safety.
• Support new store initiatives and ensure strong in-stock availability.
