Faherty Brand is seeking a Store Leader in Philadelphia to drive a high‑performing, customer‑centric shop floor that reflects our commitment to comfort and craftsmanship. You will lead the team, maintain brand standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience across in-store and ecommerce channels.

The role requires multiple years of leadership experience in hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate teams while managing daily operations,

Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a similar scope; hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands preferred.
• Omnichannel awareness and the ability to lead a team to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
• Adept with technology and apps, including Google Suites and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a multitude of channels.
• Demonstrated ability to assist a leadership team with coaching and development.

• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain up-to-date client information, requests and product feedback.
• Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify performance improvements.
