Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a retail or direct-to-consumer setting.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead cross-channel customer experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Comfort with technology and everyday business tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to execute brand standards across sales, visuals, and operations.
• Manage client outreach, events, and in-store experiences to drive guest retention.
• Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Coordinate with leadership on monthly supplies and store readiness.
• Ensure cash handling, audits, and store safety compliance.
