Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead the store's team and drive merchandising, marketing initiatives, and profitability in Perrysburg, OH.

You will work with a small leadership group to train staff, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. You should have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient with store reporting and basic MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service leadership skills.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train and coach staff to meet store standards and processes.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and profitability.
• Use store reports and P&L to inform decision making.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with procedures.
