RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced store and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and create exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and coaching.

You will recruit, train, and mentor team members, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to improve sales and margins while ensuring food safety and quality. A strong focus on staff development and a customer-first culture is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor not required; High School Diploma or GED is minimum.
• Experience in retail/food service/restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 45 employees.
• Drive store performance, profitability, and optimize labor costs.
