Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of supervisory experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store operations to meet company deliverables.
• Leads front end and pharmacy operations, with accountability for merchandising, store assets and sales growth.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and discipline team members to maintain engagement and performance.
• Analyzes financial data and performance indicators to drive store improvements.
• Supports Store Manager and maintains compliance with policies and applicable laws.
