Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (all majors welcome) or equivalent experience; Walgreens internship option.
• Demonstrated leadership, professional ethics, and strong communication; business acumen.
• Store Manager training (LEAP) completed or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Lead store team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints, and model service best practices.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, cash management, and inventory control.
• Drive store performance through data analysis and action plans; support external partnerships.
