Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Store Manager training program (LEAP) completion or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end operations and advises on overall store performance.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Uses data and KPIs to drive store improvements and support pharmacy operations during busy periods.
