Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an Operations/Store Manager equivalent to lead both front-end and pharmacy-related activities in a dynamic retail environment. You will supervise the store team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience including Walgreens Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end operations and supports Pharmacy and Retail Store performance.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members to meet company deliverables.
• Monitors customer service metrics, coaches staff, and develops improvement plans for front-end and pharmacy operations.
