Walgreens is seeking an experienced store leadership professional to supervise customer service associates and front-end/store operations. The role supports the Store Manager in driving performance, staffing, and daily store activities across pharmacy and retail areas.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to customer experience. It involves scheduling, coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record; all majors welcome or Walgreens Community Internship Program or HS diploma with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front end and pharmacy operations and staff for daily performance.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and disciplines team members to meet company deliverables.
• Manages scheduling, time records, and store coverage across shifts.
• Monitors store operations, merchandising, asset protection, and profitability.
• Partner with Store Manager and District Manager to implement data-driven improvements.
