Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with two years supervisory experience.

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations to meet company goals.
• Coaches and develops team members for improved performance and customer experience.
• Manages scheduling, time records, and shift coverage to ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversees store cash handling, inventory, and pricing updates.
