Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager-Executive Service Manager to lead store operations, frontline customer experience, and pharmacy/retail alignment. You will supervise front-end and pharmacy teams, drive performance, scheduling, training, and discipline, and partner with leadership to achieve company deliverables.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and business acumen in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Walgreens Community Internship or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with professional business ethics and strong communication skills.
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and store team, managing front end and pharmacy operations.
Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
Drives store profitability, merchandising, and asset protection.
Monitors customer service metrics and coaches teams to improve experience and loyalty.
