Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and oversee the front-end, pharmacy, and retail store performance. You will lead recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure teams are engaged and drive profitability.

You will partner with leadership to optimize scheduling, merchandising, and compliance while supporting store initiatives, community outreach, and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
