Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure robust store coverage year-round.
• Lead daily retail operations including POS, stock, pricing, and store upkeep.
• Own and lead all daily operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and replenishment.
• Coordinate tasks to maintain smooth store flow and timely follow-up of duties.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; stay informed on product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory controls, and compliance policies.
