Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure top-quality service. You will manage kitchen and dining room activities, staffing, and adherence to brand standards while driving sales and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership in a high-volume restaurant, strong communication and people skills, and the ability to handle labor costs and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a high-volume quick-service environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: manage all kitchen and dining room functions to meet standards.
• Staff Development: hire, train, and schedule team members.
• Customer Experience: ensure high-quality, friendly service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Financial & Inventory Control: manage COGS, labor, inventory counts, and cash handling.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Marketing: implement local, regional, and national promotions to increase sales.
