Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model for a positive environment.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention programs.
