• Provide ongoing coaching to improve selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Monitor payroll and hours to stay within monthly budget.
• Lead store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals through performance-based leadership.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to quality standards.
